The past few years have been tough on everyone to some degree. We've missed each other. We missed hugs. We missed travel. Most of all we MISSED LIVE MUSIC!!
Let's be soulfully honest.
Some have suffered much more than others. For many, it hasn't let up.
So, one evening we reached out to Roy Brown and asked what he thought of the idea of Nordic Musikk Fest to help the efforts of NK Fishline. (We had already reserved the website name, just in case.) He and his wife, Patti, said “YES!!”
Roy is the ‘front man’ for one of our favorite bands, Backstreet Jellyroll. Like many musicians, he is connected to a whole musician community. Within weeks, we had the lineup committed to the idea, found equipment, lighting. Thank you, Roy Brown, Nick Drummond Band and Champagne Sunday and everyone in your musical community!
We met with Lori Maxim, the Executive Director of NK Fishline and she was excited and yet knew what a task we had before us. She has planned many events and knows what it takes to plan and still make money to donate. We understood and made a decision.
We want to give as much as we can to help them help so many!
We came through Covid rather well and we are thankful. We are 'picking up the tab' for the operations and administration of the event, which we hope is the first of an annual event. We thank the vendors for their help in keeping cost down in the spirit of making this happen.
Every dollar collected for ticket sales will go directly to NK Fishline.

Ticket Price: $50 ea. All tickets are digital and sold thru Eventbrite only. You will be asked to cover processing fees with ticket purchases. No refunds. No pets allowed.
